From 23-25 March 2022, StartNet Europe partners were able to meet face to face for the first time in over two years. The 6th StartNet Europe Network Meeting was organized in Zagreb by StartNet coordinators at Goethe Institute Brussels together with the local StartNet partner foundation Wissen am Werk / Znanje na Djelu, at the Zagreb Goethe Institute. StartNet partners from Austria (Jugendnetzwerk Arbeiterkammer Oberösterreich), Belgium (Tracé Brussels), France (Apprentis d’Auteuil), Italy (Alfa Liguria), Germany (Stadt Mannheim), Lithuania (Viko/LIBA), Northern Macedonia (ARNO & STAYnet), and Spain (Fundación Santa María la Real).
The networking meeting provided an opportunity to get to know each other better and to explore possibilities for new project cooperation. The programme kicked off with a project gallery session, which enabled all organisations to introduce themselves and present their flagship projects and initiatives. The following day, a session was dedicated to present new project ideas and explore potential new partnerships.
Wissen am Werk / Znanje na Djelu as local co-host, presented the work of the foundation, showcased the flagship projects on internships and mentorship, shared experiences on digital orientation programmes, and on civic education.
