HOW?
- Through developing modules for work-based learning in order to help unemployed youth acquire the right skills to enter the labour market
WHY?
European cultural heritage is unique, but due to the lack of qualified employees, it is impossible for this sector to reach its full potential. At the same time, some regions are facing high youth unemployment. By developing work-based learning modules, PRO-YOUTH aims to help young people develop skills that can facilitate their transition to the labour market.

At the final conference, we presented the results of the Pro-Youth project and examples of good practice in project learning and work-based learning in cultural tourism for young people in Croatia.
PRO-YOUTH PILOT TRAINING AND HANDBOOK
November 2020 – January 2021 / Banovina, Podravina, Slavonija
Through Pro-Youth training, we tested the methodological framework, educational modules and the manual. Based on the training experience and the research that preceded the development of the methodology, recommendations were made for public policies concerning cultural tourism.
