Znanje na djelu organized 3-day online teacher training on the topic of vocational guidance in schools, as part of the Erasmus+ Wake up your vocation project! 23 teachers, principals and counsellors from all over Croatia participated in the training.
We addressed key aspects of vocational guidance, talking about labour market changes and jobs of the future, about skills and competences for the future, about discovering talents andmotivation, about identifying interests, about career plans, and about working with parents and families in the context of vocational guidance.
The training was based on the vocational guidance handbook for teachers and counsellors, that can be used as a tool and a resource for vocational guidance activities in schools. The handbook will be available for free in four languages (English, Croatian, Spanish, Italian) to all who are interested in implementing such activities!
