Matija Gracin was the first to visit Karijeroteka in 2020. We met the man who witnessed the development of Rimac Automobili from a six-member team “from the garage” to a global leader in the technology industry of 800 employees. We asked him questions like “What is the most interesting aspect of your work? How did your career develop? What skills are key in your business? What advice would you give to a 16-year-old yourself?” Karijeroteka is run by Matina Tenžera, a television journalist, but also a fan (not a fanatic) of start-up companies and technological competitions.
